How exactly does it work?

I Downloaded it.
Extracted it to my desktop.
Run CF\Run "WarGoD-XX" Then login and nothing happens.

Do i need some side programs and such?
(i do have DotNet and c++ instaled, along with the 2dll's)

Fast answear would be welcome. Thanks!
