Yes!!! A way to decrypt those data is just what I'm looking for. I used to check those too and I know they werent encryted before. Would like to help I have good understanding of bytes and hex but I'm not an assembly pro so dunno how to solve those.

Those files have 40 Bytes of suspicious looking data 0001CBCEBC5B2784D3FC9A2A9DB84D1C3FEB6E99 and then comes the crappy data. I also believe this is the key to solving. But look at them, they are like hex data in human readable form!!!

So I think these r either 40 bytes of key data or could be 20 CHARs of hex data read as we read them. Any more ideas at hand?

Thanks but I needed to know how it is decrypting them. U provided some assembly codes but too long for me to understand. I actually want to be able to change data in it. So did u make a decryptor/encryptor for us to put our modified file in?

Well EP3 clients should be able to load the decrypted files. If you're trying to change the files to lets say make your weapons better, it wont work. The only thing that the files are really good for are for pulling info from them. Like my newest bot. I am working on a modifed EP4 client that can load decrypted files. That should be released in the next few days I think. As for a program to encrypt them back would be pointless if I make a modifed client.

Is this just for Self Private Server use, Or can you edit these files and play a normal client as OS or private server?

It can be used for any copy of shaiya for any server. Any changes to the extracted files will only appear client-side when recompiled. So it's more useful for people making private servers that want to change certain visuals.
