did you read anything about copyrights and trademarks worldwide?
there are still countries that do not accept them as "global" trademarks(not accepting them as trademarks/copyrights at all).
there is problem with law outside US as well. Do you think that all countries do have same paragraphs for copyright and trademark law? please rethink(get more info about implemantation of international law over the globe) before you post..
