catalog editor for epi2 not work for me.
Just because someones IP is dynamic, doesn't mean they cant be effectively IP banned. All dynamic IP's are pooled addresses. Meaning if his IP was 125.5.5.1 that when he gets assigned a new ip the first few digits of the address wont change, only the last two. So you can use a wild card to IP ban the entire pool 125.5.* which would ban everyone else that uses the same ISP and pool. But that's very rare (you would have to live near each other i.e. the same street). Dynamic IP's aren't the effective "bypass" of IP bans, they are just easier at getting around them.Quote:

if i do a ipchange, my whole ip is changing. yesterday i did a ipchange, i had a ip with 176.* at the beginn, now i have a ip with 95.* at the beginn. that happen every time i do a ipchange.Quote:

no warmonger is right but you know every IP Pool have a limit so if the Pool is full your ISP will put you into the next pool.Quote:
