I think that this can be closed, no one is going to release a working workaround anymore, the tables have changed, the new antidebugger techniques are far too advanced to be resolved by minor modifications.

It's still good for those wanting to do it for private servers. Just know that it won't work on the official servers until an update is made to the thread.
