i'm BANNED!?

i dont use hack i play just via sandbox me two acounts only race and i got bannet i dont understand

This would be something to discuss with EA, not here, being sure that using sandbox for multiaccounting is against their rules as well

so ive got the message that my acc was permanently banned, been searching around for what can be done, and so far ive only found out the ban can be 72h long if not permanent, anyway, is there something i ca do? like appeal my ban etc?

Guys,you use Cheats and such stuff and now wondering that you get banned?

I was cheating for the last 18 Months, I haven't been banned.

They are not longer ban for 72 hours :(
I got banned for 72 hours like one and a half year ago and that because of innapropiate language... you can't even make dirty jokes with friends. Now they ban permanently. Pigs!

You should be more insistent with them...But doing it very politely.
If you have not one suspicious background like other temporary ban, suspicious logs grabbed by them, etc on that banned account, you should try harder their support tools.

Edit: I mean if they did not unblock you on that 72 hours ban

Long story, don't bother, I won much more than a simply unban in a fight with EA.
