The server crashed and it can be resetted in 3 or 4 hours. So don't waste your time with waiting. Look 3-4 hours later to the HP.

yes guys server will take a little longer to go up then expected, as the dedicated pc crashed at last minute. and The dedi owner is not on so he can reset it/turn it on.
So it will take a little time. Well server was ready and would be up now if it hadnt crashed.

As for registration page it loads from dedi which is off so thats off too.

as i said before right after LooX wake up he will start the dedicated again and server will be on at that time.
