I hate how most of egyptians-turks are acting in game like ( no one can do anything for me ) @dream world , @isro , @exsro and many servers .. I saw it .. It destroy the sense of gameplay.

Anyways I can't see the point at all, if it's related to isro okay go to the other sro section this is the p-server section.

If this is about a p-server mind that no p-server will/can get 10k players.

Maybe isro files based will change the ideas?

No it won't, as Shifty already said ex-sror also used the sro-r files and it wasn't interesting, those files are the newest of the newest.

As I said in previous page, majority of players. Well and I can also add a lack of english knowledge aswell.

If you ever get 10k players online and you can handdle them (either me or sro will be death by then) i will join. As long as the admin is not your krall friend from top sro.

Also , the server was still fresh back someday, when it was online for the first day , and no one knew that someday it would become fully egyptian server , however, there were'nt more than 500 players in fact files are sro-r ( joymax's )

Did anyone keep the database in mind? It's kewl to have 10k players on but it's no use if the sql requests can't be handled in realtime -> tremendous lags

SQL server express won't be able to handle it but SQL Server is really scalable and that'll be the least of your problems. You'll have more problems with the server files and finding such amount of players.

Yeah, mssql is quite scalable, and you probably don't even need to cluster. Modern SSDs are really good in handling high amounts of iops

Hmkay I might be wrong then :) I was only concerned about delays in purchasing goods and switching weapons for example. It ain't funny on a server on which you can't pvp properly.

actually,one thing that probably wouldn't be able to process so many requests is shardmanager.As far as I know there can only be one shardmanager for every "shard" or "server",and I doubt one server can handle so many requests :)
This is a possible reason why joymax has their capacity set only to 3500 :)

No offense to you phoenix but you, A 16 year old "kid" which has some problems with speaking the english language and hard to be taken seriously, is going to handle a community of 10.000 players without corruption?

Also, yea I played SRO-R. We were the first ones to hold Hotan fortress and were pwning FocuS in every guildwar :D
