Well the UCE has launcher shortcuts for S4 and FLYFF ,those save files are for s4 and flyff too ,just click on open process and select cabalmain.exe,then it acts like a normal CE.

yes i was trying to use it on a private server, but the thing is when i launch this i cant even launch cabal.
Launching this program completely screws up windows.
Im using vista ultimate 32bit if that helps at all.
I can't even take a screenshot to show you the errors because i cant launch paint or anything.. xD
