Funny. I didn't believe this at first but after I tested it out I became a believer!! xD It's true and actually works lol. This would be great for spawns like PC hawkings or Ape spawns, but for BI and other big spawns would be harder for archers. Great stuff though, now to wait for a program. :P

Ive had my mentor open to the side and been killing on my appy, and da change in 0.01 is almost instant. so how can there be a delay when all u have to do is make something that tells u when a value has changed by 0.01? ive edited the client using cheatengine and i know the address for the +1 stones.
So all id have to do is get an alarm for when the value of that specific address changes.
What i dont understand is why therd be a 40 item delay? theoretically, that delay would be less than 3 seconds. which is plenty of time to pick up the items.


an attachment is made of what sorta thing im talking about. all id have to do is tell da computer which address value changes by 0.01 and then we'd have an alarm. just explain to me why therd be such a massive delay?

Plus one is determined when the item is dropped(probably).

It's determined server side, and then stored by it's unique ID. When the client requests to pick it up, the server sends the full 0x3f0 packet(with all the item info) back to it.

And guessing from how TQ does the rest of their shit, the mentor thing will only go up when it's requested by packet.(When you click the icon client sends server a request)


Just some information, could be wrong, I haven't played CO since they added mentors.

Of course detecting an exact item is impossible, but what these guys r sayin may actually land people with some additional +1s, but the real only way to know is for someone to make a hack that is sences when the server gives the 0.001 + point witch would nearly be impossible as the "alarm" would have to run constantly, and stay hacked into the server, and with the uh... "workers" at TQ someone would be bound to find it, so unless there was a way to do this, and make the alarm at server side backgrounded, and invisible, you would either A: land in botjail or B:get EXTREMELY lucky and not get cought, but this program would be really nearly impossible...
