u r a great coder and maybe in my point of view the greatest at this community but you definitely fails to give people what they want , so do buss hacker and alot of people
lets go straight into subject , acidco and old hybridco was successful due to 2 points , lots of players which was because there were not many private servers around there and the second point is because there was no proper lvling server
and they r the same reason why the new acidco / hybridco fails
there is way to many private servers and ur's isn't special
there is no players on your server as you fail at adv.
lets discuses those points , now and unlike before there is many lvling servers which people actually find it close enough to TQ co as they love to do work and donate to enjoy being better than others and there is actually something for them to do even if no one is there to fight they can lvl up or hunt or so on which is good introduction to my second point
you don't have players AT ALL + all u can do there is to pvp = quit the server , you need to provide people something to do so they stay even if there is no one to fight with
back to old acidco (which i personally experienced) , there was way too many players which u can play with any time u want , so it was fun
as for a solution you need to provide people what they want (a lvling server) , you are amazing at programming but u duno what people want , people need something to do if they can't find someone to pvp
but if u still want the pvp server then u need to make it special to attract more people , also you need better adv. to get players like teasers , videos or w/e
once u get people it will grow super fast , check how many reg. account and how many online , once i login to find no one there i quit
well my last words is , i've been playing conquer and doing private servers for 5 years now , the perfect server doesn't depend on the perfect codes on the source but on giving players what they want , mainly lifeless people who waste there time playing conquer got mentally problem which is "they wanna be better than other , feel how they r strong or skilled" , but sadly no one care how amazing u coding your source
i know hybrid which was pretty enough adv for me to join the server but other guys need videos/photos/teasers/fancy graphics , and once u get some egys/Romanians u get too much of them in no time , they spread like virus , also ur rank about xtop100 matters too , and im pretty sure u can bypass there CAPTCHA and auto vote with proxies

As I said previously, I'm not really trying to public campaign for players; I don't need a larger player base as it is, the few players we get are more than enough to test everything so far. If you really think it's a lack of my advertising skills, you're wrong; it's a lack of the fact I haven't advertised at all.
