ok after i got it to work, my char doesn't do anything he just stands still after i click a monster and press f9. status says he's attacking but he's not. what do i do?

Did you set up a skill?
you have to set up at least one skill.

if your client isn't hidden/minimized and you don't want to use skills,
put the "Attack" emotion (press E ingame) at the #1 Slot in the Skill's bar.
then, in the bot, active the #1 Skill Slot, and make it 1 (the repeat).
