Alright guys, PhP is the best. You know what you are talking about and I know nothing! I've only run a farm of servers from Windows NT to Server 2012 and almost every flavor of linux and apache but that's ok!

There is both a free and for sale version.

The free version runs off of the DKU server and has some limited functionality.

The purchased DAC allows you to host it on your own web server as well as has full functionality.
