wahaha its no use for the server has auto patch even u changed the rf online bin by no patch it will patch for other server automatically...i hope someone will break it wahahahah

i used this PL edf in my Accretia Account Ranger but still Skill Cooldown of Closerange Skills (Slash,Bash,Blitz) is the same... hmm what specific edf file is for PLing... there is so many edf file in the folder... 6 i think...
