No what he means is thaat every SPIN is treated as a x6 multiplier. Not that every spin= 6 spins. 1 spin will still be 1 spin, it's just that it'll be a x6 multiplier.

You won't always get negative uri. You'll only get negative if you do it to many times. If lets sya for instance you have 1500 EE and 10k uri. if you do it more times then you have uri and EE combined then you'll go negative. If you do less then or equal to the amount of EE and uri then you'll stay positive.
