/request lock and infractions AGAIN

and also

/request deletion of this section, theres now more adverts for private servers than discussions/questions, and half of the topics could be resolved through pming, and as far as im aware only about 5% of the topics are atually discussions about source, the majority are just "look what ive done, heres how you can fail at implementing it"

lolz well my current progress is great working with emgamax and i got the english client to work on it perfectly
