[Tutorial]How to get the guild icons working

Sorry I can not help much better than I have.

Other than I noticed your end slash is missing in your working directory...

S working_dir: C:\AppServ\www\gicons

Should be

S working_dir: C:\AppServ\www\gicons\

You're with IIS? UwAmp? If you are working with IIS, your record Gicons may not be activated.

IIS -> Explorer folder -> Gicons -> Enable.

If it does not work again and delete the site in IIS.
And activates all, if it works Folder Gicons be deactivated.

Otherwise Test with UwAmp or trying to change the Port.

It depends on your web site path on the site server host machine

Mine is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\gicons\

You made yours C:\AppServ\www\gicons\

But if that is not the true path to the folder on the web server it will not work.

Only you know where your web server file paths are.

Yes, I think your way is with UwAmp, I do it with IIS with the default port 80 (as UwAmp uses another port) on top with IIS, change your Uppload, leave the default port (80).

If you are unable to read give it up...otherwise read the first post...clearly and you should find the error...i spent a lot of time on finding out how this is working together with some other guys and we didn't had this tutorial...do me a favour and be respectful and read the tutorial carefully instead of being a lazy boy!!!

We are not here to do your work...take the first post and compare EVERYTHING with your config. If you won't find the error throw your pc out of the window or by yourself glasses...

Pretty sure I found your problem.

Believe it or not I've seen this many time, one of the most over-looked requirements for guild_icons to work is the guild_icon web-folder being set to allow directory viewing.

Like:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

When you upload icon in-game, does a name appear in icon field of dbo.Guild?

There you go, you have not properly configured your upload server as C1ph3r said. I can't provide proper format as it's been months upon months since I've touched a server above 7.3 I wish you luck TRTeta.
