Cabal is already running in your Sreenshot.
You've already renamed fixedmain.exe to CabalMain.exe
where is your .bat file?

try this
1.right click on CabalMain.exe (the 11mb)
2. Click "Create Shortcut"
3. right click on "CabalMain - Shortcut"
4. Click "Properties"
5. go to "Target"
6. add husky to the end

it would be like
"C:\Program Files (x86)\CABAL Online\CabalMain.exe" husky

run cabal with the shortcut

@Range (GM-Mode):
For WA i recommend a range of 6.
Higher values can cause MISS/DC.
Would be nice if this would be editable too.

@Nation:
Why don't you support nation value 3 (GM) ?
With nation=3 you can do funny stuff like reading all warmap shouts / other nations names / offline hack.
