The Database does need so much time because it has a huge Transactions-Log. Just wait.

Thats because you added / removed bytes.

It should look like this:

....cfnm.nflavor.net.... (dont remember the right name)

How it must look:
....127.0.0.1........... (the amount of bytes must be the same)

ok ya i tryed to make my ip look like this 67.126.199.4 thats what i need to do soll ill see how i can do that:) not that it will matter too much its still way to bugged and none playable no workign skills wuest broken hv broken alot is just cluster f...... lol gona take me a bit to go through all this

ok Xijezu i did as you said and well it still changes my CptHerlock and wont let me launch it again not sure what im doign wrong here i replaced with new values and still it changes the way my capt herlock looks and will no longer launch it

You don't need to hex herlock for this release, it reads the eop files fine.

well being good at lua editing and sql isnt enough so i can do nothing right now other than editing the current files or discover and work with the others and this is what i dont have time for right now
