Its working Guys for those who can't make it work check your fiddler setting
Tools>Fiddler Options>HTTPS>
Check the following
/ Capture HTTPS CONNECTs
/ Decrypt HTTPS Traffic
/ Ignore Server Certificate

then follow the other instructions Still Working :D
