[Release] BlackRogue server files

The strange thing about this is, why are 11D items/maps/ etc already added&enabled in the db O_o Cause these are 100 cap files right? It seems 11D is almost ready to use

aside that, i dont performance requirements, but i can guess they are less or the same as vSRO

also you need BlackRogue client(use eSRO one)

are those files better than the vsro ones?

I think yes , blackrogue files are not have any bug.
