Darknes its obivous that you're lying! You know why? PBDO can't be started from this VPS :)
When you run it,it says like: "Not supported OS and Language of OS" bla bla.. ;)

For PDBO bot - click Server Manager > Features > Add features and click Microsoft net framework 3.5 > install
