Item duping is impossible without a third party application. Using a third party application is impossible while an anti-hack system is running on your OS. It's essential that you find a way to disable the anti-hack system on your OS first. Once it's done, you can use a cheat engine or any other third party application linked to 9D. Unfortunately I cannot hereby provide the right third party application which is required to duplicate items in 9Dragons.
Please be noted that disabling an anti-hack system requires high IT knowledge. It cannot simply be done in 2 minutes.

You cannot hereby do anything because you clearly don't understand how disabling anti cheat engine works. It isn't complex IT skills, it's just understanding how the program works; what processes it binds itself to, what triggers the hooks, how the memory is allocated, etc..

Gameguard is broken so disabling that on wank dragons isn't hard anymore.
