the first circled text means that you will be able to drop combination uniques on the training server. ( i am pretty sure)

settlement packages would prob be somehting you receive after you made lvl 60 and have transferred to a server but only for new accounts created not new toons. ( more then likely the lvl up packages with wing chest and lvl 4 sarz)

the lvl 90 is same what is in them packages beats me we will have to wait till wed after maintenance to find out.( prob one of the heroic boxes or something similar)

is training server up ? and maintenance is over and if no when does maintenance starts ?and btw we are not 20 october yet so why u say after maintenance training server will be up ?

Duh, after WEEKLY MAINTENANCE.

As is ALWAYS the case for this kind of thing.

All can play on the Trainings-Server

you dont need the email :)

than you need new account

and you cant create account with old email ;)

so lets play with new account and new email ;) hehe

Of course you are going to need a new account if you want to get the Settlement Package.

I would like to know what those 2 boxes can contain really. Settlement and master of leveling box. Because you can probably reach both lvls, SO which one is better? (I guess both are bound so its probably better to go with unique one)
