i add to Dep and same problem
i change my Windwos 3 times till now
and same Problem all Exe Work fine

can u give me link for Best Client

You sure that u did it correct? If so then try Edx Loader 6. But seriously DEP solve this problem.

this mean that the media pk2 corrupted (damaged)

check your ips on ini folder, Restart the iis
