The one you should search (if you want to do it manually) is not the buff duration. But the range value, like for Extend Rage, at certain lvl (unfortunately I forgot which) it'll increase your close range weapon's range by 60. And a GM Broad Outlook will increase your Force Range by 250 (again if i'm not mistaken, coz i didn't remembered it).

Yes, 0223B12C should be the address. And you have it !

OK this is the layout of the address list of your CE.

Just example :

0223B110 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F
0223B120 00 00 0B DF CD 6D
0223B130 00 xx xx xx xx xx

If you want to find 0223B11C then it's the byte with 0C on it.
Starting from 00 is 0223B110, then the address of 01 is 0223B111, the address of CD is 0223B124.

I hope you get what I mean.

I don't have 2.1.5 server anymore, so I can't check if the address are different. Are you playing in 2.1.5 server ??? The address is around there, try to use your buff and find the byte that change and when the buff is over it will return to 00. I already said this in the first post.

Mine is 02C44608 + B6C = 2C45174 ... Now that I have that address how do I find that one? I can actually see that address when I "Browse the Memory Region" of my Character's Name. Then what I do is "Go to the address" "It says fill in the address you want to go".. I put that address then I get this one.

OK this is for you who still can't find the address. And maybe because of you play in different RF version. Before using any range increase buff and maybe grand type weapon, the byte are 00.

So if you want to search it manually, try to search 0 first.

Then use your buff. a lvl 5 Wide Range will add 60 range. So search for 60 now. Then wait your buff to dissapear (or use the cheat to remove your active buff), then search for 0 again.

Do it over and over until you get the address.

If you didn't have wild range 5 lvl , buy grand type weapon (+20 attack range) and do same steps in previviouly post

after times of trying, finally i got and figured out this one :D

I still got no luck here >.< I currently have lvl 5 wide range and trying to Search it on CE using "byte". Got no luck with 0 and 60 vise versa... will keep trying :) more hints please :)
