I think, its the best Tutorial to write some quests.
In Elitepvpers the most pupil post shit and copy all, but your tut is very nice.

Ich denke, dass genau das der Grund sein wird, weshalb viele es nicht verstehen können. Obwohl das Tutorial echt gut geschrieben und m.M.n schon mit geringen Englischkenntnissen sehr gut verstanden werden kann (kann selber nicht so gut Englisch und für mich war es kaum ein Problem es zu lesen, das ein oder andere Wort musste ich zwar nachschlagen, aber es war trotzdem super zu verstehen für mich). Auch die Schriftgröße ist super, kann man echt angenehm lesen.

You should mention the chat Event like:
when NPC.chat."Test" begin

NPC -> Object
chat -> Event
"Test" -> Arg
