u must edit pk2 to use your own local ip
DIVISIONINFO.TXT < and edit ur ip with SilkroadEditor

u must make ip range

127.0.0.1 127.0.0.5

if your ip for example

127.0.0.1

ip1= 127
ip2= 0
ip3 = 0

ip5 = 127

What is this?

The SR_Shardmanager is the billing server , so if you have problem with the shardmanager check your IIS settings.
SR_ShardManager is not Billing, lol.
