I do all the steps until this point when i try to open the CustomCertificationServer Batch File

Another question , what ports i need to open ?
you have put a wrong ip in your "srNodeType" click start -->cmd ---> write ipconfig ---> copy your IPv4 Adress.

paste it on "srNodeType" save it compile it and try again.

check your odbc.
also check the "srGlobalService.ini , srShard.ini )

theres your problem.
