Easy Way to make a runescape Private server

I need help with doing this..

Firstly, I don't know how to get the Server, I went to the site you told me to go to in the instructions but I don't know where to download it from.

Also the link to get the items does not work.

I did everything you said but its not working i can log in but only me and i use for server 0.0.0.0 its not working using the ip and the name help!! and hurry

gerble93 im not trying to be mean or nothing but i persoanlly think the hard way was easier then easy way because you used baby language in the easy way, you probably did this for beginners but i am a beginner at making a RS private server but Im a more advanced person on computers so i personally think the hard was was easier to follow because i can not understand the easy ways lack of correct language. But i really thank you so thanks added!

I got a new problem moparscape server worked for about 20 mins so now it doesnt work when I set up a new server it says:
"Server:Error:Unable to startup listener on port 43594-port already in use?"

whats wrong with it?

hey when i went on the lik with the itemIDs then nuthing poped up, i mean like there was only some askseomthing seomthing web that pops up when a web doesn't exist.

The java JDK is an .efw file i cant get it to edit my server is there any other link for a differant type of file to download it as?
