the only that works in rf ultimate is inquiry.. other than that there's no more i want to get the conceal but low skill has been said... how can i get it?

How come when i open my RF and log in it says illegal something and the game closes. Its not the hackshield cause i bypassed it already. What can i be doing wrong. Im playing in RF PH...............^^,

why????? but all master skill in close ranger can't use it and ranged skill invisible can't use it tooo.......

what is the required skill pt for master? 99/99? for basic and expert and elite?
