You can't open your own server because:
1. The emulator is only about 60% complete. Hitman369 has posted a video in this thread showing the most complete version of the emulator so far.
2. You could download the server files that have been floating around for a month now. The server files are complete but the database is missing. You need Microsoft server 2003 and SQL 2000 or SQL2005 to run. Database is being worked on right now by some good people. This project is about 80% complete.

Also with the server, you will need at least 1.5 gigs of ram to load up everything.

You missunderstood my point on that matter.

I did not tell that DB7 think theirselves are heroes. I told that the other guy who posted the screenshots thinks you guys are heroes.

ECSRO is the only working private server at the momment.

I shall not give any links because it has been provided like a billion times.

for moment is just ECSRO but not in long time will be many srvr

You have not got the files i have only just released them yesterday on my forum

for the new client Ver 1.154

The files where never released before this the only thing i did release was the video which then was to just show the emu could do more than just run around jangan
