always a update erro even with fresh install with no updates can anyone help?

i updated to lastest version of usa and i patched it. But now it doesn`t work and it seems that the webpage is laggy like hell maybe he is working on it..

Hmmm, you updated cabal USA ? OH FCK YEA. LOGIC.
You must update Cabal USA, cuz if you don't, you won't be able to play, cuz the server is up-to-date IMO.

1. phishing accounts would to have a page, portal or w/e that would ask you to login to OGplanet cabal or anything with your info you registered for USA cabal this doesn't ask that at all

2. this you register and if you stupid enough to register with the same info thats your fault
