Thorlon , i always fail when tried to Add a Host on DNS , can you try make one for me ?

To add a host on dns all you have to do is put in the ip of your server, I cant explain it easyer than that.
Have you changed the oem.ini and the oem.dat?

Give me a screenshot and I will have a look for you.

If it keeps saying "Connecting to Account Server" it means you have the config setting wrong. Same with "Connecting to Game Server".

i get logging in to server and then it says its congested or under maint. any idea?

make sure the OME file in your ini folder matches the server details

ok i downloaded and extracted it. the server name is test(on everything) login(root) pass(test) ip (192.168.1.201) dbhostname and ip (127.0.0.1) dbbasename (my) everything is set up like that and all i get is "Logging into server..." then "Failed to connect to game server due to server maint or network congestion":(

well are you hosting off your pc or a server?

because if your just running it off ur pc for test server change ip to 127.0.0.1

if thats not it go to C:\Windows\my.ini delete that then install your mysql service

lol so many people with the same problems.

1. Is the mysql green light on?
2. Make sure all of your config settings are correct.
3. Did you run PROSHELL?

yea i did all of that :p uhh i think i may have found the problem lol. im supposed to run accountserver and all of those programs right? if so i cant lol. accountserver just crashes

I just changed them to 127.0.0.1 still no luck. ive hosted a few servers before lol. eudemons is just a pain i guess lol

reinstalled it after deleting that file. still nothing :/

and another edit lol. um where it says dbname my where do i have a database called my? am i missin somethin lol

If you followed the guide excactally you will have no problem.
the programs you should have running:
1. Mysql
2. Account server
3. msg server
4. npc server
The name of the DB should be "my".
Change all of the ip addresses to "localhost" = "127.0.0.1"
And give us a screenshot so we can help a bit more.

thats my problem then. none of the servers can run. they all either have errors or crash :/
