Maybe Because It Requires A Certain Setting And It Wont Be Played Any Sense If Your Screen Resolution Is Bigger And Especially If Your Screen Resolution Is Lower Than The Required Or Set Game Resolution

I open it..and everything becomes flippin huge!
I use a 19 inch monitor...so..I have a good bit of space on my screen if I use the right resolution...and when the game opens...Start bar gets huge...icons enlarge...its madness...and I'm still waiting on that darn email:mad:

It's...not like I know of a private server that I can join..that will instantly give me a username...and register me and shiz...and that has commands..like..where I can instantly have lvl 130...full super soc + a billion...if you know of one that can do this..lemme know:confused:
