yes, because Specs are Allowed to use basic and expert skills only.. But if Make Xclass While Using Grenade launchers hehe thats something else..^_^

OK. The new ELITE skill that melee gets and makes it so every hit stuns your enemy doesn't work in PVP BUT it works great against mobs and ... pitbosses and makes them stop attacking you.
