So out of that which are the decimals? All of the numbers located imbetween?

Since I see the skillID i figure that should be more important. Maybe take that number and turn it into hexadecimal. Is that the path I need to take?
Just a though... It says max stack number=1 couldn't that be changed for several smash attacks to be loaded? Random idea probably not going to try it though.

server checks it for all skills.

if you manage to get past that, it'll end up like lightning's 6th charge; just "refreshing" its stack time limit. although its set to infinite.

LOL! Unlimited THUNDER WORK!!!
No it doesnt work that way unless you can goto their server and change their programing to the game there.

Then again if you can get into their server, take everything out and we can start a private server!

There's not enough of a team to start compiling Private server coding for this game. Kev wanted to do it earlier, but he gave up on it eventually. Besides, Mabinogi is easy enough to level in. The only real reason to start up a private server would be to enjoy complete control over everything. Also, this is a 3D engine game, unlike Maple Story, so I bet it'd be a little more complex than running an MS private server and more resource consuming. I don't think anybody has the free time or computer power that they'd want to contribute to running this game.

ironically, should a private server appear. i honestly think that it'd be better maintained + have better events then what NEXON is currently giving us...

Sorry to say but I have to disagree...
Nexon have Hackshield and all the professionals to defend hacking.
But a private server would not have the chance to stop the duping.
With that said, the private server will be filled with economic crashes and events that seems pointless...
What is good about a private server though is it can be used as a simulation for real mabi, such as getting certain event packet when the event is not on at NA mabinogi.

I hope you realize the purpose of most Private Servers is to.... Well, break the game and have a much more lax and easy play through. Why do you think exp rates are always tons higher than the original servers?

Then again if you were to make a private server and not patch up crashes, I doubt many people would want to play it as much as just a normal relaxing fun server which you can do pretty much everything without crashing every second.

I see what you did there...

Actually you got it backwards. Maple Story is a 2D game but it's ran from a 3D game engine, and Mabinogi is a 3D game ran by a 2D engine.

I doubt the game's client end rendering actually makes a difference to how the server works, locations on both games will involve latitude/longitude, but MS' will simply represent horizontal and vertical, so I'm not sure how Mabi's server would be more complex..

Where did you get that 2D/3D talk from anyway?
Both games are run on 3 dimensional engines to my knowledge.

Mabinogi is 3D ran off 3D stuff... why would it run off 2D?

and random question for the lulz, but why don't these patchers have a checked sleeping timer, all the ones now days make you manually set them.

It varies, it depends on how fast you load at the game's start.

You can still have it check automatically, if you're trying to say it can't.
