now if anyone could install the server here some usefull pack for ur server
Description
1. GM commands
2. Item IDs (+ Display IDs)
3. Spell ID
4. ID NPCs (+ Display IDs + Flag Help)

hmmm u go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], creat an acc ..then a dns host ( subdomain with wildcard ) ... then u download the dydns client ... configure then... u go in Ascent folder u reconfigure all conf files were u added 127.0.0.1 u type the new host then u go to at realm file from world of warcraft folder leave 127.0.0.1 ( it myght work if it doesn't work with the host i mean it apeares conected but nothing happens ) and the last thing .... setting up ur site ... go to wowserver/diskw/www/ and open index.php with notepad...

ok i have it now and i made everything what they said but now i dont know how my friends can play on it. must i make something on SQLyog ? perhaps my hostname and passwort and so ?

yep sure... first thinf u go at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] its ur choice..create acc then u chouse a subdomain ..and if u chosse dydns use the arhive i provided ...to allways update ur host if u have dynamic Ip...and that is all when is all full working u cant type at realm ur host ...and there u go...
but for ur own use at realm lst set realm 127.0.0.1 only for u... to log in 100% ( this is for slow machines )

is there a way to create custom items/weapons/armor/mounts and enter them into the database? and how?


p.s. do you know the display id for Grand marshal's slicer main hand and off hand (pre bc) or the id's for the spectral tiger mount or id for merciless netherdrake

p.s.s... anyway to create and import custom spells to this server?

look up for the gm pack i provided ... ull find item ids, etc and item creator and more..

hey ssl9 i think this is my last question because i don't understand it right so:
i wanted to make a server ( which is no going) but only i alone can play on it and i want that only 2 friends can play on it too. so what must i do so that they can play and what must they do ??

like i said u can use a dns or use ur ip ... second thing u have to open all ports that i posted in later posts ... ( daca ai ruter ) daca nu ... atunci doar faza cu ipul...daca tot nu te descurci atunci da-mi idul tau de mess si te ajut acol...in rest...take care :D:P

when i open SQLyog to make a GM acount, i click connect i recieve error message saying "error no. 2003 can't connect to mySQL server on loaclhost"
can anyone help me plz

go wowserver folder and click start app then open SQLyog and try connect this works only if u started start app ... and don't close it... thats all:D
