You must open the Settings.ini and there you must write the patch to the install-folder of S4Quote:

omg u people have to now the that the id changer mostly works on Vista 64x and Win7 64x. It almost never works on WinXp

3.Biff weapon,set Costumes and click Set
4.open s4 league
5.to step 7 open ID Launcher.exe
6.Weapon and Costumes transform
7.Exit hack
(no exit hack=block account!)
i need help ID Launcher.exe
it no Exit and game open how ? i have W7 please help me fast
