i just found out that , in order to activate your account , you must get an activation key from one of these 3 websites :

I used the one in the middle and had to make an account there and activate it using a chinese captcha(that was the most difficult part) . To pass that captcha I drawed the characters on this website [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and after i activated my account there you recieve the code and 4 links ( to register , official website , download and activate your account) . Press on activate , log with the account you registered earlier and insert the code you recieved

Otherwise you will have to go though the nomal download, it works fine, took me 1h to dl.
