BUG: Cant use EMP, if someone use Emp it crashes.

1. Does all the enemies in the map show up on the mini map or just when you are around them?

I am having a problem when I try to open the tool, It says
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to Terminate the application"
