i dont accuse any specific program that might be caused of the problem
but i am saying, other than it might be a bug from CO, it can be the programs that u used, especially its related to edit clients that are created by others
but of course, proxy can do a lot of things, including dropping all equips in a split second (the old banana split before itemlock) or even send out packets that modify vending amount. those should not be surprising, its very depends on whether the creator of a certain proxy includes the function or not
the concept if its related to modify clients should be really easy if the programmer knows the address of the variable
all he needs to do is just point cp variable to cash variable, so when u input numbers, it will go to cash variable
otherwise, he might just as simple as swaping the images of cp and cash
