Server is on-line since I post this thread. Sure - sometimes my host's network connection fails, but that should be only for 5-30 mins.

Read the important remarks carefully. Also make sure your provider isn't banned by czech providers. There are some people connected to the server atm including me. So it have to work.

the best is to close the server :>
