I was just toying around with this the other day on Win7 x64 and the spck.exe file crashed the instant the .bat file called it. I'm troubleshooting compatibility now, and using under vista compatibility doesn't work.
Update: The tools are now located here:

But they are outdated and don't work for the current files. Apparently there are keys that need to be extracted from other files to use to extract current pck files, according to dmbfck, and the last post I saw he made on the thread, he didn't remember how to do it. I guess that's the end of this hack then.
