Smog, I think the skill you are looking at (Bow of Meditation?) will be just a 1 time use with a long cooldown, like Assistance.

I saw that these mounts are a bit slow. Also , this title system sux a bit. But atleast we will get extra exp event becouse of 12h maintence.
