i even reinstalled loader over 20 time by now same erroor all time

hi guys i got a problem im running vista and the loader when i run it, it doesnt save the setting everye time i start it well actually it doesnt even do anything like if i check the nude patch and change from russian to english it would do that ty for anything that u guys can help me with

last night i had no problems with it it just starts today. ah btw when i start sro with the luncher is showes no problems! it just works fine. hope some1 can help me.
