Donīt worry it is working. On site 31 is a changelog what have been fixed. I fixed some other stuff at the lan, so most stuff should work now. And little bugs can be patched with small patchfiles later.

to fix the fog of war you must put the shader files from normal hon into lan hon and it will be fixed

Allright I have also made a Lan Party test this weekend, discovered many little tweaks and fixes needed to be done to the Dota Heroes, a nerf to the Sith Lord and other cosmetic stuff. The most important changes include:

-Dragon Knight's Ultimate Projectile Model Fixed.
-Casting Dragon Knight's ultimate no longer stops movement.
-Sniper's ulti damage type from Magical to Physical.
-Sniper's animations, specially the ultimate, Fixed.
-Jedi's Force Jump and Jedi Reflexes don't stop movement when cast anymore.
-Mortred's blink attack animation fixed.
-Fixed Phantom Lancer's Dopplewalk, total remake of his 3rd skill and his ulimate to prevent unlimited images.
-Fixed Admiral's Tidebringer Skill, it works as intended now.
-Various code optimizations.

I hope this fixes can be included into the 1.2 release.

I know some people do not want/like Dota heroes... just don't download them then or delete them it is easy!

Also I am no sound maker so some of the heroes use current sounds from HON or sounds from Dota, If you have any problem with that again... DON'T Download!

To be honest I don't think it is a good Idea to include all this heroes with version 1.2, only the ones that offer unique gameplay or replace a HON heroe that is not working.

I suggest adding:
-Dragon Knight.
-Phantom Assasin (uses Fayde model, since fayde is not working it is a fair replacemente).
-Sniper (since engenier is not fully working we can use his model for the sniper).
-Admiral: Has a new skin and his abilities are quite unique plus work perfectly.
-Phantom Lacer: Quite unique, even thou I had to change his 3rd and 4th skills he still has a very different gameplay from what the hon heroes offer.
-Jedi and Sith Lord (Kinda imba I know but very fun!)

The other heroes are not so unique so I would recomend a separate download if people want to use them.

Installation: put the "resources005.s2z" file in the "hon/game" folder. (Don't forget to delete the old "resources004.s2z" if you had the previous version installed)

Can you fix the Deadwood?? I really want to practice with this hero... :D
and can we just copy the engine from the latest HON? so we can use all heroes....:D

I didn't know I had problem with it until I finished downloading. Getting some extra files I had already was not fun since I spent 20Mb... And 30Mb daily is all I can afford at work.

Sounds are... well... nice. But voices shouldn't be there if they're just copied from other hon heroes. IMO those stand out too much and it irks me a bit. Dota voices stand out as well but not that much and their uniqueness is a big plus IMO.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you did a bad job or anything like that. It's just that some stuff spoils the impression of a work well done.

Ok don't worry I was not talking about you specifically, the thing is that choosing the right sound for the heroes is not an easy job, for the sounds of the dota heroes I had to convert to the right extention and other adjustments, in order to release before ver. 1.2 sadly I had to re-use some of the hon files.

Of course, people are free to improve the heroes with better sounds, skills and animations and then upload for all of us to enjoy ;) I will work on new heroes or fix current bugs but not in the animations/skins/sound anymore.

And the sound-thing is only cosmetic thing. Noone have to use it. And I will not answer questions anymore already answered here. With release 1.2 I will open the Forum for buglist and fixes.
