Download the "VisualPartsManager.exe" (It's a false positive in AV programs). See what you can do. I managed to get a spoiler on the 240sx but as soon as I left the A/M Shop it disappeared.

News by adding remove vehicle - at the moment there is no no way to get to work in the game or the old BMW and porshe918 and charger SRT
Even just replacing the file geometry is not working model is not displayed (the renaming details of the model is not an option - we need a full-featured editors files attribtutes.bn\commerce.bin\GlobalC.zlc and maybe some files. :(

physics - in attributes.bin
visual - in GlobalC.zlc
commerce.bin - need only for cardealer

not possible add any car without edit files.
change geometry files not effect.

I have no idea

We don't need commerce.bin, can replace temporary car in car dealer, attributes.bin with performance of 918 RSR and SRT 2012 work on last build of the game, GlobalC.lzc is problem, As you said, we need a tools to edit (adding new lines in globalC.lzc for any cars, etc) Or maybe some one know to edit globalC.lzc with hex editor to replace a RABBIT suv with 918 RSR.
