The item creator is a good thing itself, however the support service is really bad. You don't really get the help you want since Ant is mostly offline, I don't know whether its caused by his issues or something, but he should have informed people before since my licence is running down and I'm unable to use my ITC for past 2 weeks and constantly trying to seek for help w/o actually getting the help needed.
If the support service will be improved I would definitely buy it again, but if it's going to look how it is right now, then no chance I'll buy it in the future.
