--> You don't have a database named darkorbit.
Learn something about MySQL or databases.

The chat looks like this because the host is wrong on the client configuration, also this can be happening if the swf of the chat can't load or CORS is invalid. You should also check the chat xml for connection.

You should be able to understand that even if you are not an web developer. Go check out the source file of that page register it's located at. Look at the functions and understand why it's not working, is it just a html issue like wrong link or just php miss configuration or coding ?
